SSH 3.2.0 あたりから，SSH1 互換のデフォルト値が変わった

  /etc/ssh2/sshd2_config を

Ssh1Compatibility    yes
Sshd1Path            /usr/local/sbin/sshd1

  に変更する (変更前は <set by configure by default> になっている)．
